No, blood test fees are separate. If you use an annual physical you already have, or your blood donation results, there is no extra cost. If you would like the 60-marker panel, we can point you to one for ¥19,800 including tax. The more markers, the wider the range we can read.

The free-monitor period has ended. The programs are paid now, and applications are taken in Japanese through the Japanese application form. What those participants told us afterwards is still published on the site, including the parts that did not go well.

Yes, on the 6-Week Program. Once you have received the analysis report and finished the online session, if you feel it was not worth what you paid, we refund you in full. Email us within 7 days of the session. We will ask what did not work, but your answer is not a condition of the refund. Blood tests taken at an outside laboratory are not covered. If you extend to the 14-Week Program, the guarantee ends at that point. The monthly plan and the re-analysis plan are not covered.

The monthly plan can be cancelled by letting us know at least 7 days before your next payment date, which is when we reserve the following month's analysis slot. For the 6-Week Program, the money-back guarantee above applies. If you cancel partway through the 14-Week Program, we treat each analysis report and its online session as one delivered unit (¥35,000 including tax) and refund the balance.
