How it Works
What happens, in what order, on each plan.
In Japanese only
The paid programs run in Japanese, and applications are taken through the Japanese application form. The free report is available any time.
About 5 minutes
Answer a short questionnaire and upload your blood test results
A short report comes back within minutes, reading your own numbers through a precision-nutrition lens. There is nothing to pay and nothing to submit afterwards. This short report is generated by our own AI, and it is a separate thing from the analysis report in the paid programs, which uses the 8weeks.ai engine (Pro edition, supervised by Jingumae Integrated Medical Clinic).
15 minutes, optional
A free online consultation, if you would like one
If something in the blood test results you already have has been on your mind, we can look at it together for 15 minutes. There is no sales pitch. If you take this before signing up, the Day 0 walkthrough below can be skipped. Book a free 15-minute consultation.
Day 0 · 15 minutes
A short online walkthrough
We go through how the six weeks run and what to record, so that nothing is unclear before you start. If you took the free 15-minute consultation before signing up, you can skip this step.
Weeks 1–2
Keep a record, and read the weekly emails
Record what you eat, how you move and how you sleep, using whichever apps you already use. A follow-up email arrives each week, written from your own blood test results and your answers. The weekly emails continue through all six weeks.
Subject: Hi [Name] — your ferritin reading, and one thing to try this week
Hi [Name],
As your report noted, your blood work sits inside what most laboratories call the normal range. Read through a precision-nutrition lens, though, there are a few places worth paying attention to. Two of them are the ones most likely to show up in how you actually feel this week.
Ferritin reflects stored iron, and it also tends to rise when the body is carrying oxidative stress. Yours came back well above the 50–80 ng/mL band that precision nutrition tends to look at, so it is worth watching rather than setting aside...
One place to start is iron intake. Keeping red meat and liver to around twice a week, and leaning on chicken, white fish and eggs for protein, is a straightforward first step...
The idea here is to choose better fats, not to eat less fat. A tablespoon or two of extra-virgin olive oil a day, half an avocado, and a small handful of walnuts give you the oleic acid and omega-3s that support cell membranes...
Thirty minutes before bed, leave your phone in another room and take five rounds of 4-7-8 breathing (inhale for 4, hold for 7, exhale through the mouth for 8). Five minutes is short, but it is often enough to change how the morning feels.
This is a sample, written to show the format and the tone. The name and the figures in it are illustrative. Your own emails are written each week from your blood test results, your questionnaire answers and your constitution, so the theme is different every time. They offer general nutritional guidance and are not medical advice.
End of Week 2
Submit your record and your questionnaire
Your blood test results, the two weeks of records and the questionnaire go in together. The weekly follow-up emails continue while your report is being prepared.
After you submit · 30 minutes
We look back over the two weeks together
Once everything is in, we meet online for 30 minutes and go back over those two weeks, using your records, your questionnaire and your blood work. It is a chance to see where you stand before the analysis report arrives, and to ask anything you want.
Week 6 · delivery
Analysis report, a one-page chart, and a 60-minute online session
You receive the written analysis report, together with a single-page chart that lays out where you are now, what may be behind it, and what to do about it. We then meet online for 60 minutes, where your precision nutrition counsellor walks you through the findings and turns them into specific suggestions for your food and your daily life.
Money-back guaranteeIf, once your analysis report and your online session are done, you feel that what you paid was not worth it, we will refund the full amount. This applies to the 6-Week Program, but not once you have extended to the 14-Week Program. Please email us within seven days of the session. We will ask what did not work for you, but your answer is not a condition of the refund. If you had your blood test done at an outside laboratory, that cost is not covered.
Weeks 1–6
Everything in the 6-Week Program
The same six weeks as above, ending with your first analysis report, the one-page chart, and a 60-minute online session.
Weeks 7–14
Two more reports, and two more sessions
You receive three analysis reports in all, each with its own one-page chart and its own 60-minute session. A monthly questionnaire follows how your concerns are changing, and the second and third rounds rebuild the suggestions around where you are at that point, rather than where you began. Weekly follow-up emails run for all fourteen weeks.
Or extend later
You can start with six weeks and extend afterwards
After your first report and session, you can extend to the 14-Week Program by paying the difference of ¥60,000. ¥45,000 plus ¥60,000 comes to ¥105,000, so the total is the same as signing up for fourteen weeks from the start. All amounts include tax, and the blood test is billed separately.
After the program
Two ways to carry on, once you have finished the 6-week or the 14-week program.
Each month
Send in a questionnaire and one month of records
You submit the monthly questionnaire together with a month of diet, movement and sleep records. Weekly follow-up emails continue throughout.
The following month
A new analysis report, and 60 minutes to talk it through
Each round builds on the months before it, so what you are looking at is a trend rather than a single snapshot. We suggest a blood test every four months, since that is roughly how long a change in habits takes to show up in the numbers.
Whenever you like
Stopping
You can stop at any time. Please let us know by seven days before your next payment date, so that we can hold or release the following month's analysis slot.
30 minutes
A conversation to pick things up again
This is for anyone who finished a program a while ago and would like to see where they stand now. We begin with a 30-minute online meeting to go over what has changed since last time.
About one to one and a half months
One analysis report, and a 60-minute session
If you have kept recording, the report takes about a month. If you are starting the records again from scratch, please allow around a month and a half, since two weeks of data come first. Weekly follow-up emails run for six weeks either way.
Upload your blood test results, answer a short questionnaire, and you will have a precision-nutrition read on your own numbers within minutes.
