We look closely at where your body stands now, using your blood test data together with your records of diet, movement and sleep. The analysis runs on the 8weeks.ai engine (Pro edition), supervised by Jingu-mae Integrated Medicine Clinic.

6 Weeks RECOMMENDED
Understand your body in depth, and see clearly what to change.
We analyse your blood test data together with two weeks of diet, movement and sleep records and your questionnaire. In an online session, a precision nutrition counsellor goes through the results with you carefully, down to specific food and lifestyle suggestions.

How it runs: we begin with 15 minutes online to explain the flow. At the end of week 2 you submit your records and questionnaire, and we then spend 30 minutes going back over those two weeks together. If you have already had the free consultation, the first 15 minutes can be skipped.

14 Weeks
Keep the support going, so the plan turns into real change.
You receive three analysis reports. The first looks closely at where your health stands now. The second and third rebuild the suggestions around how much your concerns have eased and how you are feeling at the time.

If, once you've received your report and finished the session, you feel it wasn't worth what you paid, we'll refund you in full.
This applies to the 6-Week Program. Email us within 7 days of the session. We'll ask why, but your answer isn't a condition of the refund.
If you had your blood test done at an outside laboratory, that cost isn't covered by the refund. The guarantee ends once you extend to the 14-Week Program, and it does not apply to the monthly plan or the re-analysis plan.
You can start with the 6-Week Program and go as far as understanding where you stand now. If, once you have read the report, you would like to follow it for two more rounds, you can extend by paying the difference.
The total comes to the same amount as applying for the 14-Week Program from the start.

Look back each month, and let the changes add up.
Each month you send in your questionnaire and a month of records. The following month we deliver an analysis report and go through it with you for 60 minutes. You can stop whenever you like.

Single
After a break, look at where you are now once again.
For people whose last analysis was some time ago and who would like another one. If your records have stopped, we start again with two weeks of logging.

Blood test
The analysis uses blood test data. You can begin with an annual check-up you already have, though the more markers there are, the wider the picture we can read. If you would like, we can point you to a 60-marker test.
